But, one thing I know for sure is that health and fitness is more important than ever.  Working out is CRITICAL to a strong immune system.

With gyms across the country closed, online workouts have become the go-to option for some.  Sadly, they fall short for many…

They lack COACHING and COMMUNITY, which makes all the difference.

You see, over the past few weeks we’ve been delivering our award-winning program to our Transformation Club clients online – specifically via Facebook Live in our private members’ group.

Each day we host a LIVE workout, as well as provide it ‘on-demand’ so our clients can access it at their convenience…and they’ve LOVED IT!

Yes, we’re all dealing with some pretty unprecedented circumstances, so we’ve focused on helping our clients stay in control of their health & fitness while managing any additional stress they’re experiencing.

Our program is totally online through a private Facebook group.


Each session is filmed live one time and then available 24/7 on-demand:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Facebook to Participate

To experience the sessions live, as well as be in the community group, yes…but you don’t have to be an active user and nobody needs to know you’re on. We clients who’ve created “fake” accounts using made up names (let us know your alter ego name so we can let you into the group).

We also download the workouts and store them in the shared folder if you really don’t want to be on FB.

Do I Need Any Special Equipment

No. We do a variety of resistance band exercises, but also provide you with body-weight variations of every movement. You just need as much floor open floor space as your body would take up while lying down.

Will I Have Access to Help

Absolutely! This isn’t your typical online or DVD workout. This is COACHING. We encourage you to stay connected outside the sessions and never go with a question unanswered. We even provide customized training programs for anyone who has a physical limitation or injury they’re dealing with.

Do I Have To Follow a Special Diet

No. However, we will provide you with a tips and strategies to help you eat more supportively if you choose to. Plus, we provide you with some really great recipes!

What Happens After the First Month

There’s certainly no obligation to continue, but if you wish to do so you don’t have to do anything. Your access will continue at a weekly rate of just $45. We chose to bill weekly because it’s less of a commitment for you and at this point none of us really know when this shelter-in-place will end. We don’t want you to feel locked into an entire month when you get the green light to go back to your training facility.

Who Is The Program For

Our blog specializes in helping women and men over 40, specifically addressing weight loss and overall health with concerns such as hormone changes, aging, metabolism, etc. However, our virtual training program is for anyone and everyone. We have both women and men, and a variety of ages, in our online community!

Justin has been coaching clients since 1997, and also serves fitness professionals worldwide as a business coach and subject-matter expert. Janell has been helping clients improve their health and well-being since 2005 as a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition practitioner, personal trainer, and yoga instructor.
