5 Ingredient Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie
This super simple 5-ingredient smoothie is one of my favorites to make anytime of year. It is packed with good nutrition and has a great blend of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fat to stabilize your blood sugar and keep you satisfied for hours.
Many ready-to-go smoothies or those you order at a smoothie bar, health food cafe, or coffee shop are FULL of sugar and don’t use quality protein powder.
I would much rather make this at home than pay $8+ for something that isn’t near as good of quality.

¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
⅔ cup mixed frozen berries
1 TBSP Eniva MCT Oil
1-2 big handfuls of spinach or kale
