What I’ve Been Wearing
I have been LOVING the Wunder Train High Rise Tight from Lululemon. I got them in a brown camo that is super cute… I also love the Align Pant, they are buttery soft and feel like you are wearing anything.

What I’ve Been Eating
I’ve also been eating lots of winter squash, you can find my favorite squash recipes HERE. We have been doing a lot of breakfast for dinner lately with a fall harvest hash which will be coming to the blog next week, so stay tuned.
When we had a stretch of cold temperatures in October, I was on a soup kick. CLICK HERE for some of my go-to soup recipes.
What I’ve Been Supporting
I’ve been supporting my immune system more than ever. Starting the beginning of October, I increase the amount of vitamin D I take. CLICK HERE for my preferred liquid vitamin D. This year, I also added in Zinc and I have been taking Cold Buster daily.
