At our house, we call these Mom’s banana chocolate chip pancakes. And when she comes to visit, we request that she makes them because it always tastes better when Mom makes it!
I really do have to give credit to my Mom for this recipe. We wanted a recipe that made 1-2 servings for when we just wanted a few pancakes instead of a big batch. You can always double this recipe if you need to!
These are grain free pancakes that are naturally sweetened with bananas and full of healthy fats. They are the perfect level of sweetness even without adding maple syrup. All the deliciousness without the junky ingredients – they are also gluten free and dairy free if you use dairy free chocolate.
Even though they are made with whole food ingredients, those that don’t eat gluten or grain free will still love them! Whether it’s a special occasion, a weekend morning, or any day that you want pancakes you can’t go wrong with these!
