Jungle Gym Suspension Trainer – Another piece of simple equipment that allows you to do a variety of exercises from rows to assisted squats to lots of ab exercises.
Yoga Mat – Whether you practice traditional yoga or not having a non-toxic yoga mat for stretching and to cushion the floor when you are doing floor exercise is essential. You want to make sure you get one that isn’t going to smell of toxic chemicals.
Foam Pad – This is great for protecting your knees against hard surfaces during stretching or while working out! We use ours all the time!

Yoga Bolster – This is wonderful to have for your restorative or yin yoga practice as a support that will allow your body to release and relax.
Yoga Blocks + Strap – These are also great to have for your restorative or yin practice and come in handy as support in a lot of postures as an assist.

Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Tight – These are my absolutely NEW favorite workout legging!!! They stay put during all movements, look and feel great! I got them in the brown camo pattern.
Lululemon Align Pant – These are my go-to everyday legging that is so comfortable! I love practicing yoga in them and have them in several lengths and colors because I wear them ALL THE TIME.
