Summer weather is finally here and I hope you are just as excited as I am – eating all the fresh produce, making salads pretty much every day AND enjoying some ice cream here and there!
Speaking of warmer weather and higher temperatures, today I want to share with you some of my favorite salad recipes. We have already started to see more fresh and local produce and that will only get more abundant.
When making salads, I keep it quick and easy and buy already prepped lettuce and use Primal Kitchen dressings most of the time. It was an answer to my prayers when they came out with a ranch dressing that was free of junky oils, gluten, dairy and sugar!!!
